It's past midnight and I am typing away what I'll be preaching this coming weekend at a retreat my church does, three days set aside to meet with God. I am so excited for what God's going to do in the lives of the women who are going...as I know what He's doing in me. I'm.going.to.preach. Such a privilege, one that I feel all but prepared for or capable of doing. But as I am teaching, God chose me. Not the other way around. And so I am up too late trying to get a draft together for a final edit.
In moments of distraction, I was reminded of this song. This girl is 15. She collaborated with one of my favorite singer/songwriters, Bear Rinehart of NEEDTOBREATHE, for this song that I am going to leave you with as I go back to work so I can go off to bed. Needless to say, I am blown away by her gift of singing.

How thrilling to be speaking in front of a bunch of women. I'm thinking I'd be freaked. I'd love to hear what you'll be speaking about.
